Welcome to TripTribe. Use of the website and application is subject to the following terms. Please read them — using the service constitutes your acceptance of them.

1. The Service

TripTribe provides a free tool for planning family trips, including building an itinerary, recommendations for attractions and restaurants, and coordination between family members. The service is provided "AS IS" and may change from time to time.

2. Content and Recommendations

The information, recommendations and itineraries on the site are for general informational purposes only. We strive to provide accurate information, but we cannot guarantee that all details (opening hours, prices, availability) are up to date or correct. It is your responsibility to verify details with the official provider before making decisions or bookings.

3. Affiliate Links

The site may contain affiliate links to travel service providers such as flights, hotels, attractions, car rental and eSIM. If you make a purchase through these links, we may receive a commission from the provider, at no additional cost to you. The engagement, payment and provision of the service are directly between you and the provider — TripTribe is not a party to the transaction and is not responsible for the service provided by the provider.

4. Limitation of Liability

TripTribe shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the service, from reliance on the information within it, or from third-party services. You are responsible for planning and carrying out your trip, including travel insurance, travel documents and safety.

5. Fair Use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, disrupt its operation, or copy its content without permission. Copyright in original content (guides, design, code) is owned by TripTribe.

6. User Accounts

If you register to save a trip in the cloud, you are responsible for safeguarding your access details. Please see the Privacy Policy for details on how information is handled.

7. Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
